By increasing its annual college graduate rate by 5,900 students, Tulsa would increase its college attainment rate from 24.5 to 25.5 percent, and the region's 940,000 citizens would capture a $646 million Talent Dividend.

A partnership program with the Higher Education Forum of Northeast Oklahoma and three of the area's largest schools districts connects high school students to service learning projects with concurrent enrollment credits. And Tulsa Community College's "Tulsa Achieves" program pays for 100% of tuition and fees up to 63 credit hours for any Tulsa county student (public, private or home schooled) with a 2.0 grade point average.
