Go to theciviccommons.com and look in the top right corner for a green button that says "Login to Civic Commons."Just below it, is a link to "Register for an account." Click on it. 

 

Register as an individual with either a Facebook account or an email address. Either method is ok. If you register with an email account, you will be sent an email with a link you need to click to confirm your registration. If you register through Facebook, there is no confirmation email. In both cases, you will still receive welcome emails.
